Minifalda sells curated second-hand and vintage fashion. Every piece we sell is styled, curated, and presented with intention. Minifalda operates mainly online, but welcomes local customers in the studio.

About the Internship

This is a portfolio-focused internship for creatives who want to gain hands-on experience and produce strong, real-world work. The role centers on content creation: photo, video, and social - rather than traditional graphic design.
You won’t be observing; you’ll be creating. From shoots and social content to campaign ideas, your work will directly shape the brand. You’ll be involved in the full content cycle - from finding inspiration to analyzing performance.
Minifalda is an early-stage startup, and you’ll work closely with the founder, gaining direct insight into how a fashion brand is built from the ground up. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-moving environment where flexibility, initiative, and creativity are key.

What You’ll Do

  • Create content for Instagram, TikTok, and web

  • Find relevant inspiration, trends, and references, and translate them into clear, executable content concepts

  • Develop concepts for drops and storytelling

  • Assist with styling, shoots, and creative direction

  • Edit short-form video (Reels / TikTok) when needed

  • Manage content publishing, track and analyze performance, and continuously optimize content and campaigns — test, learn, and iterate

  • Help shape the visual direction of the brand through content

  • Bring your own ideas to the table and take ownership in executing them

  • Support day-to-day operations (e.g. measuring garments, uploading products to Shopify, basic admin tasks)

Who You Are

  • You understand Minifaldas’ aesthetics and have a strong visual sense

  • You are proactive, hands-on, and take initiative

  • You don’t just generate ideas - you follow through and execute them

  • You have a strong willingness to learn and improve

  • You are passionate about content creation (photo/video)

  • You have a good sense of trends and digital culture

  • You are comfortable with relevant tools like Capcut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva or strong willingness to learn

This internship should be undertaken as part of an ongoing study program. It is designed as a learning and portfolio-building experience, with a strong focus on creative freedom and hands-on involvement. In return, you’ll gain practical experience and develop high-quality work for your portfolio.

While the role is based in Berlin, working from home is possible depending on the task at hand. However, it is not a fully remote position, and regular on-site presence will be required.
