All orders are currently shipped via DPD. If you’d prefer a different carrier for your country, just let us know in advance and we’ll see what’s possible.
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. As soon as your package leaves us, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see this email or have any questions along the way, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Shipping Outside the EU
For deliveries outside the EU, prices shown on our website do not include import duties or local taxes. These charges may be applied by customs upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery
If something doesn’t arrive as expected, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Wrong item received?
Please send us your order number and a photo of the item you received so we can resolve this quickly.
Item arrived damaged?
If possible, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. Photos of the damage are very helpful.
Package missing in transit?
We’ll do our best to assist you. Once a courier has confirmed delivery, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. Please monitor your tracking and report any delays within 30 days of placing your order, as claims cannot be submitted after this period.
Returns & Exchange
If something isn’t quite right, we only accept returns in exchange for store credit.
As all of our items are secondhand, they may show gentle signs of wear such as small marks or minor imperfections. We always aim to describe each piece as accurately as possible, so we recommend reading the product description carefully before purchasing.

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible and ensure it is sent back within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after this timeframe cannot be accepted.
